Refund Policy

At Mutulu Ekundayo Consultation Services LLC, we value your time and commitment to personal growth and improvement. Every consultation—whether herbalism, life coaching, credit, or business management—is designed to provide individualized attention and actionable guidance. Because these sessions involve preparation, scheduling, and dedicated consultation time, all sales are final.

 

General Policy

All payments made for consultations, digital materials, or related services are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. This includes missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or dissatisfaction with results, as consultations are based on guidance and not guaranteed outcomes.

 

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A scheduling or billing error occurred on our part.

  • The consultant fails to deliver the service as scheduled without proper notice or rescheduling options.

In such cases, clients may receive a full refund or a credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and payment. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

How to Request a Refund or Credit

If you believe an error was made on our behalf, please contact us within 7 business days of the original appointment date with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Date and time of the consultation

  • Description of the issue

No Guarantee of Results

Our consultations are educational and advisory. Results depend on the client’s effort, application, and personal circumstances. Therefore, refunds are not issued based on perceived results or outcomes.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, with the updated effective date displayed above.

By scheduling or purchasing a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
